Our carbon & fiberglass panels
The panels are manufactured using high-quality prepreg press technology, a proven process that meets the highest quality standards. Prepregs are pre-impregnated fabrics or nonwovens that are pressed under controlled conditions with epoxy resin as the matrix system. The optimized fiber volume content of approx. 55% ensures the ideal balance between strength and weight. The surface, for example on carbon panels, displays the characteristic and aesthetically appealing fabric structure, which is not only functional but also visually impressive.

CFRP – carbon panels

GFRP – fiberglass panels

Door manufacturers in particular benefit: GFRP panels offer high dimensional stability under temperature fluctuations, outstanding weather resistance, and, in combination with a foam core, excellent insulation values – making them ideal for modern, energy-efficient entrance doors with reduced weight and increased burglary resistance.
High-quality processing & finishing
All panels from CG TEC can be precisely further processed: by milling, drilling, grinding, sawing, bonding, or painting. This way, you receive exactly the components your application requires – dimensionally accurate, functional, and visually high-quality.
